Transferable skills are skills that can affect multiple jobs. These are important because they can help you in almost everything. for example, punctuality is something all employers will look for no matter what industry you are in.

transferable skills include:
problem solving - being able to find out where there is a problem and fix it. this help anywhere because it can help stop things before they become a big problems.
organizing - making sure all of your stuff is sorted properly. this is so that its easy to find.
working to deadlines - finishing all of your work before it is needed. this is so that everything can be done efficiently and if you have any other work you can start/continue with that.
management and leadership - being able to take charge of a group of people whenever you are needed to. this can help because if someone is ill and they need a sub you can just take charge and people will appreciate that.
research skills - being able to find any needed information easily and quickly. employers look for this as they need people who can get all there work done fast

My dream job would be to be an animator (preferably stop motion)

recruitment methods include:
searching on the internet - looking on different company websites to see what positions are available or looking on different social media websites(Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) at the companies pages.
newspapers - all newspapers have a section to advertise different jobs. this is more difficult as you will need to look harder to find something that is like what your looking for.
job center - the job center helps people find jobs all the time, but the chance of finding the job you are looking for is very low.
ask around - going to different businesses and ask if there are any available positions that suit your capable of, hopefully you can get the job you want. this can be a pain as it involves a lot of travel and it doesn't always work out.
work experience - this is very similar to asking around but you aren't looking for a full time job, just some experience in the field. if the company likes you, there is a chance you will be offered a full time position.

Skills needed for this job
drawing
story telling
maths
physics
teamwork
working to deadlines

skills that are matched/unmatched between me and me job choice
matched: maths, physics, story telling
unmatched: drawing, teamwork, working to deadlines

what can i do to gain these skills
i could be get better at drawing by doing a lot of practice, also my brother is very good at drawing so he would be able to help me if i needed any tips.

My teamwork needs improvement as i don't like talking to groups of people, i would usually prefer to work alone. i can be okay in groups once i get to know the people so that's probably how i would try to improve my teamwork skills.
